Kalpesh Jain

Kalpesh is born in a Marwari Jain family in Barmer district of Rajasthan. He post-graduated from MSRIM, Bangalore with specialization in Finance and Marketing. 

He has 6 years experience in Investment banking, corporate finance, banking, and valuation. Previously worked with companies like Karvy, HCL , Pipal Research and RNM .

As MD and CEO, Kalpesh manages all the vendor facing activities of the company ranging from technology to marketing. He is also in charge of HtS corporate finance divisions which include the finance and legal departments.

Sunil Ghiya

Sunil and Kalpesh are childhood friends. Sunil is an Engineer and MBA from ITM, Chennai with specialization in Marketing.

He has 5 years experience in Financial and Chemical Industry and Specialized in set up distribution channel. Previously worked with companies like RFCL and Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd. He is awarded as best sales manager of the Country and won many other accolades.

As COO and Head of Business Development, he is responsible for all the marketing  and operation activities of company.
